BTP/100/900/B Tote Bin WasherThis Tote Bin Washer is a pneumatic tipper that is designed to lift and tip 2 off 200 Litre Stainless Steel Tote Bins at a height of 900mm and has a Safe Working Load of 100 Kgs. The Tote Bin Washer was manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel and is a TIG welded construction throughout. The Tote Bin Washer is powered via a pneumatic air supply and cylinder tips the Tote Bins by the extension of a pair of cylinders to an angle of 10 degrees past the horizontal. The Tote Bins are loaded from the front and then tipped towards the operator. Once a bin has been loaded, the operator must position the retaining bar correctly which makes a pneumatic limit switch allowing the machine to operate. Tote Bin Washer ControlThe unguarded Tote Bin Washer has ‘dead man’s handle’ control such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pneumatic pushbutton must be held for the machine to operate. As soon as the button is released, the Tote Bin Washer will stop.
