Stainless Steel Access PlatformThis Stainless Steel Access Platform was designed to provide access to a Pharmaceutical Vacuum Filling System and to allow access at height to strip down the product infeed pipework on the vacuum transfer system. The Stainless Steel Access Platform was 6960mm Long x 2300mm Wide with an overall height to the platform of 3100mm. Access onto the Stainless Steel Access Platform was via a ships ladder with a Rest Platform as the total height was over 3000mm. At the upper level there was a self-closing gate to close the gap in the handrail where the ladder was installed. The platform was constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel with a durbar floor plate complete with upstands on all sides and appropriate handrails from 40 x 40mm box section. The platform was made in sections for installation on site. The underside of the Stainless Steel Access Platform was fitted with a bespoke Cable Management System to allow the client to safely and hygienically install cables for wiring to the Vacuum Filling System.
